Let’s reflect on 2024 with Hidden Brains

If you have been following us, you know we love celebrating wins and profoundly acknowledging things. We are excited to look forward to another year of Hidden Brains, with triumphs, trials, wins, and big waves of aspirations. We are ready to unfold new dreams and missions. 

But before we dive into 2025, let’s rewind and glorify the moments that reflect our moments with our people, stakeholders, and collaborators across the globe. 

Goals, Glory, and Growth

If manifesting is a tool for opening one’s mind to possibilities ahead, dedication and passion are stellar attributes that push the limits to make things tangible. Passion, determination, and commitment to vision and goals have earned us remarkable awards and accolades. 

We were awarded symbolic achievements defying our higher standard of success, ‘Emerging AI Product of the Year’  for Datums.ai and ‘Innovative ERP of the Year’ for ROCKEYE by the Knowledge Chamber of Commerce and Development.  These are not just awards but benchmarks forging our new paths to innovate, excel, and be driven toward success. 

November was a pure ‘gleaming’ month. With Diwali bashes and celebrations, we have another reason to celebrate receiving the radiant honor of ‘Best Software Development Company‘ by GESIA Awards 2024. 

Our story is written with collective growth. It’s a unified approach of values, underlying philosophies, principles ingrained, and ‘OUR PEOPLE.’ They saw us not just as a workplace but as a space to thrive, strive, and grow—and their authentic voices made ‘Great Place to Work‘ a reality for us. This has been the third consecutive year we have been honored with this. Kudos to all of our HBians; you make our achievements grand.

From root to branches, Hidden Brains expanded its horizons in the European landscape. Our team entered the land of aggressive growth, scaled economies, and entrepreneurial spirits to contribute to digitalized Europe. We connected with innovators and potential collaborators in Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, and more to align their vision and growth. 

Scaling our business boundaries in the global epicenter for tech – UK and USA. The higher-level overview is that futuristic markets are more about steering to the next era of hybrid AI and human-centric approaches to drive more value. Whether startups or enterprises, they are shifting from traditional methods to new game-changing solutions.

AI and ML have gone beyond buzzwords—they have overhauled processes. Witnessing the shift from traditional methods to cutting-edge technologies is fascinating. 

Over the past 21 years, the tech industry has redefined how we live, work, and communicate, and we’re only getting started. Identifying the direction and transformative technologies and understanding strengths and opportunities, we met with clients on our trip to Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Kenya. We provided them insights to innovate and have an edge in this dynamic landscape.

Well, that’s what success is all about. – Connecting, Expanding, and Innovating.

Breaking New Ground and Debuting with New Paths

The year has been indeed record-breaking for us. We charted new ground and connected with new markets in Riyadh, Malaysia, Indonesia, Dubai, Austria, Sweden, Switzerland, Denmark, Germany, Saudi Arabia, and Nigeria. 

We participated in the blockbuster event GITEX Global in Dubai, collaborating with unicorns, tech giants, clients, stakeholders, and others. 

Bringing new opportunities with our New office in Dubai, UAE, we marked a significant leap as we market upward momentum. Our focus on innovation and proficiency enumerated partnerships and collaborations with visionary startups and inspired market leaders.

Another milestone was achieved while extending our HB presence in Malaysia—a new thriving space that converges a legacy of innovation and expertise, setting the stage for transformative growth. 

Our vision is to empower founders aiming for speed and precision by delivering impactful solutions in their region.

The ROCKEYE product site has been revamped, setting a strong voice and image for its brand.

We also participated in ADIPEC 2024, the leading energy event, where industry leaders and innovators gathered to shape the energy future. We added value through groundbreaking digital solutions reshaping the Oil and Gas Sector.

Collaboration is a way to unfold breakthrough solutions and vast opportunities ahead. So did our journey ahead.

The secret sauce of any business is learning the art of collaboration and connection with value-aligned people.  Fostering innovation, creativity, and experience, we moved to a nurturing environment where Synergy of Generative AI and Data was in the limelight. We collaborated with team KORIKA to share values, build something amazing, and drive future growth and innovation.

It was a celebration with these collaborations, hustles, hard work, and new opportunities.

Walking with a vast family can be tricky, but we candidly walked down each path with courage, compassion, and strategic thinking. Remember, decisions are never limited to boardrooms; they are more profound and valuable when every voice is valued.

Empowering Wellness and Well-Being 

Success is more than standing ovations; it’s about collaboration, growth through setbacks, and focusing on people. We often overlook health nuances in our transformational journey and relentless pursuit of pushing ourselves. At Hidden Brains, we took a significant step forward and prioritized health with Check-up camps and CPR training sessions in all our branches ( Ahmedabad, Pune, and Hyderabad) to achieve a holistic, healthier, and happier place. 

Family is where tickles and giggles are heard, where laughter isn’t just banter but more about entertainment. To keep our family’s spirits and uplifting energy high, we tickle them with some empowering activities, helping them upskill. Yoga sessions and HR’s favorite—Fun Friday—are always high on the list. Empowerment is always on our list. Beyond work, we are focused on developing skills, culture, values, and teams.

Justifying inclusivity and diversity, we always put a step ahead of society in contributing and bringing more engaged and valuable collaboration. We had campus recruitment, and there, we got opportunities drilled down to bridge the gap in talent retention. 

As forefront leaders in the industry, we added thoughts to shape the education landscape with more centric courses on emerging technologies. The approach was to solve the widening skill gap, the disparity between the skills employers need and the skills available.

The goal is to unite everyone, align visions, expand horizons, and build a nation where innovation, collaboration, and success are accessible. 

Innovation and progress unfold when one opens one’s mind to new possibilities, thinks beyond conventional limits, and aligns with opportunities that drive growth. So we did. 

Celebration  Culture, Diversity, and Inclusion

Diwali or Holi, Christmas or Thanksgiving—we are local avatars, celebrating every festival with unmatched flair. Capturing the allure, vibrant colors, united chuckles, and moments of togetherness at Hidden Brains, we are wrapped with festive spirits and merrier memories.

With ‘New Goals and New Visions,’ we started the month by planning the year-round goals. Our Januarys are full of proactiveness, vigor, and zest. From celebrating achievements, consolidating gains, and shadowing our past performance to mapping out new strategic growth plans for the coming year, we sum to create a well-thought-out plan to seize opportunities. 

March was the time of Holi, when all our offices were dipped in colors of happiness, unity, and joyful cheers, genuinely turning into a memorable canvas. This month, we honored all those incredible moments that are more than moms, daughters, and sisters; they are an eclectic blend of strength and empowerment. 

We couldn’t keep calm because it was our milestone month, the 21st year of our transformation journey and remarkable growth. 

July was no less than a carnival filled with a whirlwind of excitement, transforming our space into a reconstructed memory lane where each image told a story, a collective narrative. From innovation stations to incredible evolution, snapshots of our ball-out moments on the cricket ground, to humming parties, the nostalgia corridors refreshed moments of challenges, triumphs, and celebrations. 

The gala evening celebrated relationships, connections, and a thriving journey. Junior and senior walked and exchanged genuine moments, personal stories, and unforgettable memories.

The year followed with grand celebrations of Independence Day, Navratri, Ganesh Visarjan, Diwali, Christmas, and more. Amid all these celebrations, we witnessed a vibrant mosaic of diversity that went beyond corporate rhetoric. Everyone contributed to our beautiful story, from colorful sarees to contemporary Westerns.

Conclusion 

Wrapping all emotions and experiences, we are ready to add new items to our 2025 to-do list. 2024 was a marvelous year, but 2025 will be gigantic, and we mean it. With visionary leaders, managers, a team, our people, and everyone stepping ahead with us in the new year, we will surely bring a promising future and set benchmarks to ‘discover possibilities.’ Together, we can, and together, we will.
